Frequently asked questions

Is this site part of Apple?

No. ios27beta.com is an independent site and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Apple. We cannot change anything on your Apple Account, your device's warranty or Apple's servers. For account, billing or repair problems, contact Apple Support at support.apple.com.

How quickly will you reply?

We usually reply within 24 to 48 hours. Messages that include your device model, the iOS version or build number from Settings › General › About and the exact error text get the most useful answers, and often a faster one, because we do not need to ask follow-up questions first.

How do I report an iOS 27 bug to Apple?

Send it to Apple, not to us, if you want it fixed in a future build. On a beta, use the Feedback Assistant app or feedbackassistant.apple.com, describe the steps that cause the problem and attach a screen recording if you can. Our guide to reporting bugs in the iOS 27 beta explains what to include.

I found a mistake in one of your guides. What should I send?

Put Bug report in the subject line and include the page address, the sentence or step that is wrong and, if you have it, a link to an Apple source that shows the correct information. Clear, specific reports are the quickest to fix.
